Sprintray ProWash

ProWash is SprintRay's fully automated wash-and-dry system, purpose-built to take the manual mess out of post-processing 3D printed dental parts. Instead of dunking prints in an open IPA bath, ProWash uses patented Mechanical Jetting technology to circulate isopropyl alcohol around each part at high speed, delivering thorough cleaning without full submersion — and it does it fast, completing a full two-stage wash-and-dry cycle in around nine to ten minutes. The system automatically detects whether you're washing a full build platform or loose parts in the included basket, then runs an intelligent two-chamber sequence: a first-stage jet wash to strip away the bulk of uncured resin, followed by a second-stage rinse with fresh IPA for a genuinely clean finish, and a dedicated drying cycle before parts move on to curing. Because it operates with as little as 500mL of solvent and uses precalibrated hydrometers to signal exactly when your IPA needs refreshing, ProWash cuts both waste and guesswork out of the cleaning step. For any practice running a SprintRay printer, it's the single-button bridge between "just printed" and "ready to cure."
