NanoCure is SprintRay's next-generation post-curing device, engineered from the ground up to shrink post-processing time without compromising the mechanical strength or biocompatibility of your printed parts. It combines a dual-wavelength LED system — 365nm for fast, tackiness-free surface curing and 385nm for deep volumetric curing — with controlled internal heat, so appliances cure fully and evenly in as little as a few minutes, with no nitrogen tank required. That dual-wavelength approach means the exterior of a part cures completely (eliminating sticky surfaces and supporting biocompatibility) while the interior cross-links fully for maximum strength. NanoCure is also SprintRay's most compact curing unit yet — roughly 50% smaller than previous devices — with an onboard computer that automatically pulls job information for preheating and resin selection, and cloud connectivity that keeps it always ready to go with no lengthy warm-up. For practices short on counter space but not willing to compromise on cure quality, NanoCure delivers professional-grade results in a footprint that fits anywhere.
